I'm David, a residential mortgage broker in Vancouver.

 

Most of the people I work with are buying their first home, or they've got a renewal or refinance coming up and want someone in their corner.

Before mortgages, I spent years in the music industry, and before that I managed operations in luxury retail. Different worlds, but the same lesson: people remember how you made them feel, and good service means being honest and courteous. I'm not trying to sell you a mortgage, I'm trying to find you YOUR mortgage.
